As I griped before, the SETI headquarters folks owe us more information.
"Data rate is very slow"...well duh. And then this insulting crap: "This may
be due to...(possible causes listed)". Are we part of this project or not?
Is it that hard for someone to spend two minutes putting up an informative
message? Or are they hiding something? I'm frankly beginning to wonder.

After all, it's the middle of the workday in California as I post this
message. Maybe there's no one in the office on the weekends or overnight,
but there is simply no excuse now.
