Guess we're really launched, and it sure is good seeing the P4's getting
substantial
credit, compared to the disparity between the AMD's and P4's credit I saw
earlier.

One of the new things about getting credit for work done is the way
credits are "awarded". 3 different computers must all get the same
work unit and return results and then the average of the
"cobblestones" awarded for each computer is "awarded" to you and I.
That will help cut down on the supposed rampant cheating that was
suggested in Seti.
There are other ways that cheaters are being twarted but most are best
left unsaid lest people try to get around them.
If you go to the Boinc page and then click on your account, then
scroll down and you will see "pending", those are the units your
computer/farm has completed and if you then click on a number in the
far left column then again on the hi-lited number near the top of the
next page you can see what yours and other computers were given the
same work unit and if they have returned a result or not and what
number of credits the different computers are requesting.
