well this would seem to make sense, except that when enough workunits get processed, SetiGate is able to successfully download more... i would think that at the time one of the new WUs was downloaded, SetiGate would be able to successfully upload at least a one or two of the finished units... also, i've monitored my network traffic, and not so much as a SYN goes out, to attempt to establish communication to send units...
