Actually, not really.  After a week or two a sort of equilibrium will be 
hit, where your pending credit and RAC will stabilize.  The machines 
crunching two workunits a day will still return credits as frequently as 
the machines doing twenty workunits a day, they just won't return quite 
as many workunits when they do it... their cache will be smaller, as 
well, as it takes fewer units to keep them happy.
