Just went to attach another machine, and got a "project down" msg in the
clients GUI msg tab!

Went to the SAH2 site, and it displays a "down for maintanence" notice along
with the following in the "News" column:

We added a second splitter and then hit the next bottleneck which was the
transitioner. We are building a new transitioner now with a more efficient
workunit database query. In addition we are bringing a third splitter online
for good measure. The project will be down for a bit while we put this in
place
