Thinking maybe people with largish caches may be stacking up WUs that won't
be processed for days, I'v reduced by own cache from 8 days (equal to the
longest S@H outage since 1999) to 3 days......and assumed I will turn
around my stacked up WUs faster....and allow everyone to get their credits
sooner.

ABSOLUTELY! Normally I have over 200 total units waiting to be
processed on my 7 Boinc machines and that is a 1 to 2 day cache too. I
currently have over 10,000 pending credits and am waiting like
everyone else.
I was a Beta tester for Boinc and we had this happen occassionaly but
Berkeley always fixed it quickly. I believe they will this time too.
