Sorry, "boink" is a corrupted figment of some imagination. That spelling
isn't used here sexually. That and similar spellings might be used for
describing the sound a cartoon character might make when
rebounding/springing off a hard surface.
From way back in 2002 you can see that people were trying to talk
sense to the BOINCers, but they wouldn't listen:

You might want to change the name of this project. "Boink" is an
American slang word meaning "to have sex with".

And from the dictionary:

The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language: Fourth Edition. 2000.
boink
PRONUNCIATION: boinc
VERB: Inflected forms: boinked, boink·ing, boinks
TRANSITIVE VERB: Vulgar Slang To have sexual intercourse with.
INTRANSITIVE VERB: To engage in sexual intercourse.
ETYMOLOGY: From boink, imitative of bumping or bouncing.

So it's all there on the web and no one can deny that the F-word
sound-alike "BOINC" was used in spite of the people who pointed out
its disgusting connotations.
Why? It's simple: Satan is seeing to it that, instead of sounding like
science, the project sounds like something you might expect to find in
the sinful French Quarter of New Orleans.
You people need to wake up, discard your work units, and walk in the
path of righteousness.
