Having been lucky enough to get WUs for my Windows machines I've
noticed
that the processing time per WU has increased significantly. Is this
a
change in WU size, is there new processing, or is the code less
efficient?
Anyone else seeing the same?

And here: ~ 30% increase in crunch time per WU.
FWIW - 30% is an error. I was looking at my estimated time. All my WU's
were sent, on the machine I was watching.
I'm actually getting ~20%, BUT this is in comparison to CLI_3.03. So it's
not an entirely 'apples to apples' comparision.
Also, in another forum some ppl are claiming they have longer WU times, and
I've seen one or two claim shorter (maybe the SAH Classic GUI crowd)!
'Course I'm not sure of the A.R's, so it's hard to be definitive, about all
this.
I'd really like to figure out a way to sub CLI_3.03 under BOINC, just for
grins.
