joined this group because I don't know anybody personally who can give
me any answers about astronomy. But a lot of good it does me if you
just use profanity, call the web site I asked about "crap", and don't
say how or why. Crap means bullshit or untrue, right? OK. How so?

There is no valid evidence that aliens have visited the Earth. That includes
the claims at that website. Contact Dr Hawass, for instance, or go to an
astronomy page, including Badastronomy.com, and ask the question there, if
you want to discuss astronomy with a view that aliens visited the Earth in
the past.
