I looked in Task Manager - Boinc is running at lowest priority and CPDN
is running at Below Normal. If I set Boinc to Below Normal it gets 50%
of the time. Sadly, after a while, it drops back to Lowest. CPDN are
being naughty. I'll have a word with them.
