does not actively transmit radio waves or signal to the universe. Thus,
this may not be an appropriate forum to discuss aliens and their
possible attributes.

I'm not trivializing anything. Discussions based on what little we know 
about alien life forms are simply speculation based on no knowledge, just 
wild ass guesses.  It can be labeled as science fiction or nonsense fiction 
depending on your scientific perspective.
