Fresh from an Iraqi prisoner interrogation "John Donson"
<harigejan@hotmail.com> smirked:
I do not get it.
Finished 5 WU's since yesterday, but still no credits.
I've sent in somewhere north of 18,000 units,
but have credit for just a bit over 3,000.
There probably needs to be some "third party" way to keep track of the
number of "work units" completed vice those given credit for?
This would make sense to me! A web site then like "SETIatwork" (
http://orion.setiatwork.com/ ) would work out well!
Just a thought because completing 18,000 WU and only getting credit for
3,000 seems an awfully poor way to manage a project!!!
Just my 2 cents ...

Your problem is like alot of us, we are waiting for the stream of
returned units to hit full force so we can get credit for doing them.
They ARE being tracked! There just has not been 3 different machines
finish them yet or return them yet or the schedulers are behind.
Things will NEVER be like in Seti Classic, you do one unit you get
credit for one unit. Boinc calculations are different, NO credit is
granted until 3 people return THE EXACT SAME UNIT and the credits
requested are similar enough for the final credits to be awarded.
