Is something going on with BOINC? There is no news posted since July 9, but
today (July 13) there has been a lot of down time.

For the past several hours my BOINC keeps flashing with the red "i" since it
repeatedly is hitting the cache low-water mark and trying to connect and
download more seconds of work. Every time it starts to do a download, it
gets three messages in a row:

1 - "temporarily failed download"
2 - "giving up on download" ... "file was not found on server"
3 - "unrecoverable error for result" ... "file transfer error: couldn't get
input files"

It then defers communication and then retries and goes through the same
failure again and again and ... you get the picture ... hours of this ...

What is going on?
