So the problem lies outside of the data server. However, as I've recently
downloaded 3 iso images from a US ftp server at near optimal speed on my
broadband system, therefore there is no problem with my isp, the connections
from UK to the US or indeed within the US. Hmm - it would be interesting to
hear from those who are vs those who aren't having 'rejection' problems from
the server, geographically speaking.
