I have to blame that on my news server.  I checked yesterday and today, and
there were no messages, like all quiet.  Therefore, nothing about the
outage.  I assumed the problem was with my computer.

Suddenly during the last few hours, lots of messages from the past couple of
days just came in.  Oh well.  Can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em.
