I was getting an error message (Unknown error 1) while running the GUI
version of SETI@Home, which started happenning immediately after I
stupidly allowed Norton's "one button cleanup" to do it's thing. I
deleted SETI@ home as completely as I could from my system (including
references in the registry) and installed the command line version (3.08
for NT). Same problem...
