Can anybody help.
I have had to re-install S@H since I had some seti file corruptions for some
reason.
I downloaded the program again and installed it with no problem.
When I now try to log-in to my existing account I get the response that S@H
has no record of my e-mail address although my details are correct on the
website.  I have even successfully got the server to send me my password.
Can anyone suggest what I might do next?

I am having EXACTLY the same problem. After reading a few other posts, I suspect it is the SETI servers fault. I have had SETI running for so long without any intervention, and a while ago it crashed. I just closed it. It started up when I rebooted later, but the same error was occurring! I uninstalled, reinstalled, received a new WU, but it wouldn't validate my email. So now I have lost that completed unit that I uninstalled due to the "corruption", and I am stuck processing a WU that I can't get credit for.

The service status page says that it is updated automatically every 5 min, but then I looked at the date that it was actually last updated :( I tried that BOINC thing because I saw it in the news post. Also useless.

All I can suggest is that you close SETI for a while, and watch the website for a post that says it's working again. That's what I'm going to do.
