Every time I have checked lately SETI has been turned off at Arecibo.  Don't
think that is related to the problem.
I thought maybe I had missed the announcement of the official switchover to
BOINC until I came here and saw that they can't down or up load either.
Maybe it's a Berkeley campus problem?
