You might also get a short WU if the FPU in your processor is producing errors due to overclocking or overheating. Have you checked out your system on a hot day with the GIMPS torture test?

The computer is running in an air conditioned room and well within specs. If analysis of the workunit is abandoned would the program display 100%?
