It's fine now. Just today all machines have full caches. I'm just
installing 98SE on a Celeron 900, might as well get that crunching

Ah, thanks. I was just wondering if they can keep the work coming now.
Well I can't get any BOINC units for the Celeron, hopefully it's just the
servers catching up with the backlog. I put Easy SETI CLI on it as well so
it's crunching something. That's it's only reason for being after all. 2GB
HDD, no CD-ROM (now I've installed), 8MB AGP. Hopefully it won't pull too
much power. Once it picks up some BOINC units I'll stop SETI Driver/Spy
until needed again. Hopefully never. :-)
I've got a 200 mhz MMX laying about here somewhere. Any idea how long
that machine will take to do a WU?
I'd say 20+ hours at a guess, maybe more. A Celeron 900 takes about 8 hours
on average.
Cheers,
