Yep. It's down for me too, both send and receive. Hopefully this will only be down for a few hours, but the last one was just a few days ago, and lasted a while :(

However the server status page says that the data server is still up, and the page is updating.

Thank you to those that mentioned SETIDriver :) I have still have 25h of WU left. My first seti outage is a fun and exciting experience :P
