Same here Jason, just a couple per machine overnight (NZ time). I'm glad I
left them on. Nowhere near full cache's though, unless I get more I'll be
out again on one machine by this afternoon and another by tomorrow.
I'd re-installed SETIDriver and SETSpy along with the 3.03 CLI client in the
meantime.
I'm pleased to report that, with SETIDriver set to 'idle', SETI Classic does
in fact hand off *all* CPU cycles to BOINC with Win XP, so I can leave
Classic running as an auto-backup system for times that BOINC is starved.
Unfortuneately it doesn't seem to work quite the same with 98SE, the machine
I have both on is still ticking over Classic as well as BOINC. I'm not sure
how much of the CPU is going to each client, it's a slow(ish) machine anyway
and I don't have enough data to say empirically. At a guess? 75% BOINC 25%
Classic. I'll update if anyone's interested when it's finished a Classic WU
with BOINC running (if I continue to get enough BOINC units), I should be
able to work it out more accurately then.
Anyway, Woooohooooo!!!!!!!!!
