I'm going to be reformatting and reinstalling everything shortly, and
I can't figure out how to stop BOINC from downloading new WUs. I have
the cache set for 0 to 0 days and it still tries to download new WUs.
I don't want to just detach from the project and lose the units, but I
really NEED to reinstall.

All help is appreciated.
