If I only had the money I'd be using my CPU's heat to heat my tropical
aquariums. I have a roughly equal number of each and the schematics all laid
out (in my head). I'm just annoyed that I stored some heat-exchangers* at my
parent's place and my Dad threw them out when they moved.

*The heat exchangers were six meters of 5/8th inch thin-wall stainless steel
tubing formed into a double coil (one inside the other). The whole thing
would fit into a liter jug easilly. I had six of them and they are
irreplaceable. I got them from a guy who worked for a company designing heat
pumps for heating spa pools and jaccuzis. Perfect for running CPU-heated
water through in an aquarium or a canister attached to an aquarium. I also
had a few electronic microcontrollers/solenoid valves, perfect for switching
flow to a radiator if the aqurium reaches it's optimal temp. I also had a
few Eheim pumps. Oh well, the invalid's benefit doesn't pay enough to
indulge dreams.
