 Contact a project's server to obtain new preferences. This will
also report completed results and get new work if needed.

-return_results_immediately
Contact scheduler as soon as any result done.

The project is not fully up and running at the moment.

Even with the site not up it seems the two commands, particularly the
-return_results_immediately, would have overridden the deferred
communication time.  No immediate attempt to communicate was logged, no
"Project Down" or "No schedulers responded" was recorded.  The only message
logged other than resumming computation was the deferred communcation with
project, minus the minute or two I took to look up and enter a new command
option.  The commands don't seem to work quite as described???
