Unless you're suggesting a different architecture, such as
expelling the heat to the outdoors, or some method other then the
local indoor environment?
I'm thinking of trying a low pressure boiling fluid with a pump for a
weak refrigeration effect at the heat sources.
The cooling loop goes to preheat the home hot water and then any
remaining heat is dumped inside or outside depending on climate.
Now... If someone already has this setup running...

FWIW - There's a Scandinavian guy that attempts to set "air only"
overclocking records. I don't remember his name, but he waits 'till
the dead of winter when it's -40*C, and then places a mobo/cpu/hsf
ass'y outside the window, and keeps the other stuff inside the house
using cables.
He then cranks up the voltage & FSB, and goes for the gusto!
Ya gotta' love it.
