Same here now, uploaded about five (out of 30) but no downloads.
Have uploaded 3 of 4 but no downloads yet. Uploads frequently fail,
according to the log file, and have to be restarted.
24 hours later I have managed to upload *one* more unit (from 30 on this
machine and 25 on another) and download zero. Other machine's on it's last
WU, this one still has a few to go as I've been running classic on it some
days to eek out the cache.
The good thing about Windows XP is you can have BOINC and the Easy SETI CLI
package set up at once and the SETI CLI only gets CPU cycles (if set to
idle) when BOINC has no work. On 98SE (the only other MS OS I have here)
even set to idle the CLI gets about 25% cycles and BOINC 75%.
