Can I assume the network linked above is BOINC specific?
If so, do you know if this is the log for the network in general,
or a specific server(s)?
This was thoroughly answered with a linux "traceroute" recently by
someone.
My simple answer is that the top chart shows all of Berkeleys Seti data
traffic that ultimately goes over the 100Mb/s Cogent link.
