how bout that an actual helpful post in this group. This will be my 1st reply
using your recommendation, so I can only assume I got it right. you say dash

I was just about ready to drop this group.
I just saw something else that may be linked to the gray seti icon. all the
icons here on agent just went black. [that used to happen all the time on my 48
meg ram P1].
I'd have never expected resources to disappear so easily on this P4 1 gig ram.
Where windows claims it's actually 3 gigs of ram.
I'm just guessing the gray is the fact seti couldn't find enough resources to
do a good color. like I said the reboot brought the color green right back.
Husky, while I have no idea what a gray icon means, I understand the "paranoia?"
or aggravation of other posters. The "more pix @" link is misleading - at least
with your question about the "gray icon" - that there are pictures of it to be
found there. I realize it's a .sig (signature) you add at the end of every post.
what you need to do is to follow the signature conventions and place a "-- "
(that's [dash][dash][space] without the quotes) in a line above the .sig.
