The download directory is fully transferred at this point, but we are still
waiting for the upload directory to finish. We predict it will finish late
in the evening, and we'll start the project fresh tomorrow morning.

The DB is now on the Snap Appliance and the web site is back up. The project
itself is still down as the transfer of the upload and download directories
is still under way.
