Having escaped, in tact, from the Democratic Convention, "Stratcat"

Significant technical progress, meeting estimated completion times,
and now releasing TWO progress msg's in ONE day!
Too little, too late.
My room is noticeably cooler with no 'extra' stuff running,
and one computer off most of the time.
I really can't fault you. I worked a lot of years in technology and
R & D, so I can relate to what the Dev team's going thru. I also
can be critical of what's currently occuring, too.
SAH2 BOINC is not yet at a point where it's prime-time ready for the
user looking for a turnkey smooth ride. That's not knocking your
technical abilities or tanacity. I'm just stating that SAH2 currently
is probably only going to be accepted by the fairly hard core distributed
computing crowd, or die hard SAH'ers who are willing to deal w/the probs
to get in the proj on the ground floor. I came very close to temporarily
bailing, and I'd bet a decent sized segment of users quickly hopped on
expecting the same experience they've been getting from SAH1, and now are
disappointed, but 'hanging in there'.
I usually try'n provide a bit of levity, but I realize the current
environment is not for everybody. Distributed Computing can be a great
hobby, and SAH2 is not the only game in town. You might want to consider
that, and/or rejoin later. Either way, good luck.
