Well, I doubt that all the mentions in the context of problems are
the kind of testimonial most manufacturers would want to see
publicized.

I haven't seen (or don't recall) any mention of said Snap Appliance in a
negative light.

I must admit I was curious enough about what it was to Google it.

You might have noticed that SnapAppliance is a "Major Sponsor" of the
project--their corporate logo / link is shown at the bottom of the
setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu page, after all.

This I didn't know.
