Well, I doubt that all the mentions in the context of problems are
the kind of testimonial most manufacturers would want to see
publicized.

I haven't seen (or don't recall) any mention of said Snap Appliance in a
negative light.

I didn't say that the SnapAppliance was mentioned negatively, but as we
all know, the news has been basically an unending stream of problem
reports (and overoptimistic resolution ETAs), and the SnapAppliance
references have all been _in that context_. That's all.
