For those that missed it here is the link to version 4.05 of Boinc:
http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/download.php
You do NOT need to sign up, just download and then install right over
your current version. After it installs it will try to connect but of
course will error out with "no schedulers responded".

To preempt confusion for those that haven't read what Boinc _is_...

The s@h2 system connections are briefly:

Berkeley s@h2 Boinc servers -> Boinc client -> Project (s@h2) client

Getting Boinc 4.05 from CPDN just gets you the Boinc client. Its up to
you what projects you attach to. If you do nothing more, Boinc 4.05 will
find the s@h2 client core in your install directory and it will then run
with that with all previous settings unchanged.

(You can attach to other Boinc projects also if you wish.)

Happy crunchin',
Martin

What other projects are available please and which version of BOINC do
they use? Obviously I have heard about the Climate Project but what
others are out there?

I'd like to continue using my computer's free cycles but SETI has been
unable to give me any work at all for several weeks.
