On Win 2k with P4 HT and with multiprocessor-aware cpu device driver,
using command-line Seti, set affinity to CPU 0 and CPU 1 for the two Seti
processes respectively.
This then gives 100% usage for the two "cpus".
When using Setigate, I used the -cpu commandline option for the two
instances to set the
instances to run on separate CPUs.
This leads to a doubling of the WU throughput compared with the situation
prior to enabling HT,
giving approx 14.5 WU/day according to Setigate.
