I'm all out of slots. It's am mAT board. I can change things around
but I have no spare slot. It has AGP, 3 PCI (One shared with) two ISA,
both in use.

I have a PCI NIC, a PCI USB card, an ISA modem and an ISA soundcard.

In system info there is no IRQ listed for video card at all.

Hi ~misfit~

Going on past probs I have had with older boards and USB cards I would
first try and use a serial mouse with the USB card removed and see if
that helps, also make sure that the USB in the bios is switched of as
that can cause trouble with extra cards.

Another thing to mention is that if you have a card in the first PCI
slot ( slot 1 under the AGP slot ) this can also cause major headache
when you put an AGP card in on some boards, normally the AGP slot and
the first PCI share resources and can be very troublesome.
