I have an AMD64 3200+ and it does Boinc units in about 2 hours and
15 minutes. In Classic it does them in just under 2 hours. I would
guess that the 3400+ would be a few minutes faster but not much.
I am running XP Pro SP/2 and it crunches Boinc full time, I do not
use it for anything else, right now. I am in the process of making
it my main machine.
Oh Lord won't you buy me a Mercedes Benz ....
Having a 133Mhz, 64 MB Ram. One WU needs about 300 houers.
Just to see some other numbers in here :)

If all you do is Seti with it my suggestion would be to throw that
machine away or donate it to a worthy place. That thing is costing you
more in electricity than what it is giving in return.
Sad but true as far as SETI goes. If you're using a machine solely for SETI
and it isn't around 500Mhz or better then you're pretty much burning fossil
fuels for very little return. If you're using for other things as well then
it's all good.
