notes.
Here are the correct ones :

point-to-point :
 (1)    SNR = P * (2*pi*rt / lambda)^2 * (rr/(2*R))^2 * 1/(BW*kT)

radar:
 (2)    SNR = P * (2*pi*rt / lambda)^2 * ( ro^2 / (4*R^2) ) * (rr/(2*R))^2 *
1/(BW*kT)

The factor between them ( ro^2 / (4*R^2) ) (or  (ro/(2*R))^2 if you will)
remains the same
