At what point in the process is this error happening? What other projects
are you crunching?

Personally, apart from the benchmark scores taking a hit, I have so far
(touches head in lieu of wood) not had any problems with Boinc 4.09, both on
a company 2K standard server which has been up for a little over a week
running seti and cpdn, and on my own 2K Advanced server which has been
running LHC, seti, and cpdn for a little over a day, the time slicing took a
little while to settle down, but all three projects are taking turns nicely.
