From what you are showing, the information appears to be corrupted. The RA
value must be between 0:00:00 and 23:59:59, and you are showing a value of
48:29:04.3. There were several sets of WUs sent out where the RA value was
wrong, and it looks like you have one of them. If you are simply driven to
display that point on your map, change the 48 to "0". Personally, I'd just
trash the result and go on to the next WU.

The value you are showing for declination (DEC) might work for the value of
+15:40:34, since the acceptable value for that number is anything from
0:00:00 up to +37:59:59.

The final four digits must be for the Azmuth range (AR) which describes the
movement of the antenna. The value "8.726" while large, is not an
unacceptable one, because I've personally seen values in excess of ten that
plotted properly.

Good luck with your crunching.....

got the following error message while trying to open StarMap SETI@Home
add-on

"An error occured while trying to show the following coordinates on
the map:
RA= 4829043
DEC= 1540348726"

I click "OK" but the error message pops up again and again ad
infinitum until I ctrl-alt-del and close StarMap that way. It's the
only way.

any ideas?
