Hmmm... If you'll give us some specifics, we'd perhaps be able to help.

Did you try to download the Classic version or the new BOINC version?

S@H is currently in a sort of transition phase where both the older version 
which is far more stable IMHO is being allowed to run and process results 
alongside the newer BOINC client which is also capable of running other 
projects like ClimatePrediction
