Just tried the above links and got a "404" error.

Am I suffering the NTL (non-transparent) proxies or is the site dead?

I don't seem to experience problems retrieving them at this moment. 
Maybe an unexpected outage at the time. 

Shame. We should be informed _beforehand_ if an unexpected outage is 
going to happen.
