It is a command Line version that doesn't have a GUI but...It is NOT DOS and is a full Win32
program. It is straight-forward to use and after you get used to it, you can find out how
to run it as a NT Service.
Where am I ? I'm in Eastern Monmouth County, just feet from the beach.
