I'd recommend the "Easy SETI CLI" package, which installs "SETI
Driver" for caching and "SETI Spy" for monitoring along with the S@h client.

It can be downloaded from

is this the command-line version?  for windows 2000?  (this link starts downloading right away, doesn't ask what OS you're running..)

here, http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/download.html, among all the versions I don't see one for Windows 2000...  (they have for Windows NT, but well, I may be running windows NT, but not sure, it's Windows 2000 Professional..)
