Windows 2000 is a new name for a new version of NT.  So is Windows XP.
Thus the client named:

setiathome-3.08.i386-winnt-cmdline.exe 

is a command line version that will run on any flavor of Windows NT: 
NT4, Windows 2000 or Windows XP.
