Ok dave that may be true, the problem with that statement is I did not
say it would exist with out it.  If it wasnt for the Wright Brothers
Airplane we may not have the type of airplanes we have today.  That
does not mean that the type of airplane the Wright brother built was
better then what we have today. So there for i still think the screen
saver for cancer research is much better then the one for seti.

If it was for SETI setting the standard for this enmasse Distributed Computing Model.
The software for the cancer research project would probably not exist.
