No it is the people who are shallow that think that a persons appearance
defines their capabilities.

I go by achievement not the ability to wear a suit and tie, in fact I am
wary of anyone who spends most of their life looking in the mirror as
they are not focused on the job at hand.

Give me a long haired scruffy looking herbert who knows when not to turn
the power on over someone who is scared they might miss their
reflection in the brass plate any day.
