Hello All

I am running BOINC 4.13 with two projects - Seti@home and 
climateprediction.net.

I want to configure BOINC so that Seti@home is the preferred project but I 
want it to fall back to climateprediction.net if BOINC runs out of seti work 
units to operate on.

I realise that I can set BOINC preferences to 99% seti and 1% 
climateprediction.net but that isn't really the same thing.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please? I have looked through the 
BOINC FAQs and also a few other websites via Googke but it is taking me 
quite some time to try to track down the info.
