i use the screen saver version (but only in backround)
HT is in the Bios on ENABLE
and with ctrl+alt+del   i have 50% CPU use with seti

What version of the program are you using, the screen saver or the
cli(command line interface)?
When you do a ctrl+alt+del and go to performance how many cpu usage
charts do you see? If only 1 then you will have to go into your bios
and enable the HT part of your system. Read the book for how to do
this.
