Works for me, whatever it is you are trying to say! I am not a
scientist!!!
Write it up, find some grant money and go for it! That is what
berkeley did and they found some money to pursue the project their
way.
You can do it your way, just find the money! But as for Berkeley
changing their way of doing it, don't hold your breath!
Write Dr. David Anderson a letter in care of Berkeley and maybe he
will look at your ideas, you never know.

Hi

Is there a chance that SETI is based on old-fashioned technique?
YES THERE IS!

Believe that the Radio interference and Radio technique SETI is based on
has a very short time duration for any Extraterrestrial technology.

This is a most up to date view of our communication methods today
and TOMORROW.

Believe any ET communication is based on Quanta-technology.
This is the most effective and environmental healthy way to build
any sort of distance information transmission. Especially when
the amount of information, speed, distance and encryption
are units which are believed to exist in more advanced worlds.

So I believe in SETI if we look for quanta-transmission signs in
our space. SETI so far can only give a so called "discard" result
of no Radio signal leak into Earth - this is the truth - I believe.

Search for quanta technique
